Construction has been moving along this summer at the Rubloff Building and District Services Center on our Red Oak Campus. Below you will find updates from the summer months. Read more about projects on our Facilities web page.

May 2023
District Services Center demolition days! The south end of the building will be renovated to develop four flexible instructional spaces to be used by Transition students during the 2023-24 school year. 
 

June 2023
The Rubloff Building will see updates to the classrooms and the multi-purpose room, as well as developing staff offices and more. 


July 2023
Shown below is a “before” photo and a current photo of the multipurpose room in the Rubloff Building. Flooring, cabinetry and AV equipment have been removed and the crew is preparing for the remaining items in the ceiling to be painted. Soon to be completed is the flooring, paint, acoustical tiles and a basketball hoop!

Rubloff Building will soon have a new secured entrance vestibule! As seen in this photo, framing has started. Also at the Rubloff Building is a classroom with new drywall installed.
 

August 2023
We’re staying cool at the Rubloff Building! Installation of a roof top unit will provide additional heating and cooling for when students and staff return.
