Workshops
Based on the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19 and recommendations from public health officials, all NSSED in-person learning sessions, regardless of location, are canceled until further notice.
Parent Academy Workshops
Parent Academy workshops are single sessions that provide information on a single topic and include strategies for parents to use at home. Workshop presenters are experts from various aspects of the educational and medical fields, and cover a very broad array of topics in the educational and disability arenas. As often as possible, individuals providing professional development in the NSSED member districts will be invited to provide a parent workshop to align the parent and educators learning.
